Putting on instructions: Open the adhesive tape. Put the belt around the waist-cross area so that the wire opening is at the bottom, close the belt in the front with adhesive tapes, then close the tightening tapes, adjusting them individually.

Washing instructions: Close the adhesive tape before washing to avoid the product getting caught in its hooks. Hand wash at 40°C with mild detergents designed for wool and delicate fabrics. Do not use bleach or hard water.
